Once again, Larkin Hoffman sponsored this year’s Gala for Bridging. Based in Bloomington, Bridging provides furniture and household goods to people working toward housing stability. Since the nonprofit’s founding in 1987, Bridging has grown to three Twin Cities locations, helped more than 372,000 people and kept an estimated 15 million pounds of household goods out of local landfills.

For Larkin Hoffman, supporting Bridging is part of the Firm’s broader commitment to investing in the Bloomington community. In addition to supporting Bridging’s annual gala, the Firm has provided pro bono legal services to Bridging and participated in the annual Bedrace for Bridging over the years. Larkin Hoffman’s commitment also extends to leadership service: attorneys Peter Coyle, Dan Ballintine and, currently, Dan Kadlec have served on Bridging’s Board of Directors.

“Bridging’s work makes a tangible difference for people in our community who are building stability in their lives and creating a place to call home,” Kadlec said. “As a firm rooted in Bloomington, we are proud of our longstanding partnership with Bridging and the work this organization and its volunteers do every day.”

Kadlec reflected on the personal meaning of that service and the Firm’s enduring relationship with Bridging. Read more about Larkin Hoffman’s history of supporting Bridging.
