We are pleased to announce that Abdisalam Mumin has joined Larkin Hoffman as a 1L Summer Law Clerk.  

Abdisalam just completed his 1st year of law school at Mitchell Hamline Law School after having graduated from the University of Northern Colorado.  He has worked as a Victim Advocate for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office; a Legal Assistant/Program Manager for Somali Community Services and for the Hennepin County District Court as a Self-Help Specialist for bilingual employees and litigants.   At Larkin Hoffman, Abdisalam will be working with a variety of attorneys in the real estate law and business litigation practice groups.

Larkin Hoffman found  Abdisalam via the Twin Cities Diversity In Practice (TCDIP) 1L Clerkship program.  TCDIP promotes their clerkship program to "top 100 law schools nationwide, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and law schools in the Midwest to help recruit a diverse pool of candidates.  Law students apply directly to participating law firms based on instructions posted on the TCDIP website."
