Shareholder Megan Rogers has been named to Minnesota Lawyer’s list of 2026 Top Women in Law, a recognition that “honors attorneys whose work extends well beyond the courtroom and conference room… They lead high-stakes litigation, take on pro bono work that changes clients’ lives and mentor the women coming up behind them.”

Rogers and other honorees were selected by an independent panel based on their “leadership, professionalism, accomplishment and passion for making a difference.” Rogers’ recognition cites her work advancing Dakota County’s first long-term substance use treatment center, Breck School’s multiphase campus master plan, and work with mining operations across Minnesota.

Outside of her client work, Rogers serves on the board of VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People), volunteers with the Just Deeds Coalition, and leads many other initiatives within the Firm.
