Larkin Hoffman shareholder Nic Puechner recently attended the Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair in Chicago. More than 2,000 legal practitioners and allies from across the county attend annually, making this event the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country.

The conference featured presentations on a wide range of topics, such as employment, healthcare, trusts and estates, family law, immigration, privacy and civil rights. Presenters included attorneys, judges, law professors, and nonprofit professionals with varied backgrounds and areas of expertise.

“The Lavender Law Conference was a meaningful opportunity to connect with legal practitioners with varied backgrounds and practice areas from across the country,” Puechner said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to attend and engage with the important issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community today.”
