Paul Plunkett was a featured panelist in a recent wide-ranging discussion about mergers and acquisitions hosted by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. During the discussion, Paul gave his view on what to expect in the business of mergers and acquisitions in 2016, the process of selling a business and the timing involved on M&A transactions.
