Of Counsel Attorney Peter Coyle has been appointed to a three-year term as Board Chair of the Housing Affordability Institute. The nonprofit think tank, which works to increase housing affordability and access, originally appointed Coyle as Chair in July. After a successful six months, the organization has now extended Coyle’s appointment.
The Housing Affordability Institute produces research and commentary on homeownership and the cost drivers behind affordability challenges. Founded in 2018 by Housing First Minnesota, the leading building industry trade association in Minnesota, the Institute’s mission is to “develop better housing policies that increase homeownership opportunities, housing access, and housing affordability for all.”
