Attorney Peter Coyle recently spoke at the annual conference of the City Engineers Association of Minnesota. The event is designed to help attendees share knowledge of how cities are using new technologies and developing innovative construction projects.

Coyle’s presentation, “Tips & Tricks to Negotiate a Development Contract,” gave attendees a look at standard terms of developer contracts and guidance on how to approach discussions between cities and developers.
