Peter Coyle Hosts Continuing Legal Education on Land Use

June 26, 2025

Larkin Hoffman’s Peter Coyle recently co-presented a two-part Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar on Land Use Law. The online seminars, titled Land Use Law Part I: Nuts and Bolts and Land Use Law Part II: Handling a Land Use Application, were conducted with Minnesota CLE.

In collaboration with Soren Mattick of Campbell Knutson, Coyle covered “the statutory authority for cities to adopt planning and zoning policies governing the use and development of real estate,” as well as “a formal land use application encompassing the full range of development policies, including negotiating a development agreement, along with key Minnesota court decisions affecting the process.”

Peter Coyle has practiced land use law for over 30 years and has been recognized by Chambers USA as a Leader in Minnesota Real Estate Law, as well as by Best Lawyers in America® for Land Use & Zoning Law.
