Henry Pfutzenreuter co-presented a session titled, “You’ve Settled Your Action or Arbitration, Now What? Best Practices for Ensuring Strong Settlements and Enforceable Releases” at the 50th Annual International Franchise Association Legal Symposium in Washington D.C., May 8-9, 2017.

The session addressed a variety of common issues that arise when settling franchise disputes, including the scope and specificity of releases, confidentiality and non-disparagement agreements, and restrictions on attorneys’ rights to practice.
