Congratulations to Fabrizio Montermini of Sentinel Management and Brian Woolsey of Monarch Holding, on securing financing for a 303-unit apartment project in Golden Valley! The project, years in the making, is a testament to their perseverance and vision in a challenging market. The development spans multiple sites, includes tax increment financing, and the relocation of a Wells Fargo branch to make way for the apartment project.
