Larkin Hoffman Attorney Adam Pabarcus is the new Chair of the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society (MSCHS).

The organization works to preserve the history of the Minnesota Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. It also hosts free continuing legal education seminars to its members and provides networking opportunities with Minnesota justices, judges, and appellate attorneys. The MSCHS is also proud to provide scholarships to high school students and civics education curriculum to educators.

“This organization does incredible work for our state’s legal community – preserving the past while fostering the future of the legal profession,” Pabarcus said. “It is an honor to serve this year as Chair, and I’m incredibly excited to see where we can continue to expand this organization’s impact.”

Pabarcus has been involved with the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society for the past seven years, previously serving as chair of the Events Committee, Secretary, and Vice-Chair. While on the Events Committee, Pabarcus helped lead the effort to expand the CLE programs offered by the MSCHS and to find ways to provide meaningful opportunities to engage with justices, judges, and the Minnesota judiciary.

Pabarcus is a litigator and trial attorney at Larkin Hoffman. He focuses his practice on property tax appeals, helping taxpayers obtain fair taxes, tax savings, and refunds. He also practices in trust litigation, protecting the rights of trustees, beneficiaries, and individuals.
