  • Mergers & Acquisitions. Drafting M&A agreements and ancillary documents.
  • Compliance: Advising on compliance issues ranging from product compliance and FTC guidance to general advertising, marketing and pricing guidance.
  • Data privacy: Working with clients to manage data privacy claims and issues.
