The commercial property tax appeals team at Larkin Hoffman is pleased to welcome Matt Gersemehl, AAS, SAMA, as a Senior Property Tax Analyst. Gersemehl joins the Firm with more than 20 years of experience in property valuation and assessment.

In his new role, Gersemehl will work alongside Larkin Hoffman’s commercial property tax appeal attorneys to help property owners, investors and developers avoid overpaying on assessments. His work is informed by significant previous experience as the City Assessor for Bloomington, as well as other roles in commercial real estate appraisal and appraisal analytics.

Gersemehl holds licenses and certifications as an Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS), Senior Accredited Minnesota Assessor (SAMA), and Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
