Last week, leaders within the franchise business community, including Larkin Hoffman President Joe Fittante, organized MN Franchise Strong, a gathering of local franchise professionals and business leaders to lift up the still-struggling Twin Cities business community following increased ICE enforcement in Minnesota.
In an effort to support hard-hit small businesses along Lake Street in South Minneapolis, the session was held at Midtown Global Market, with catering from market vendors. In addition, proceeds from ticket sales were donated to three local organizations supporting individuals and businesses in need: The Minneapolis Foundation Economic Fund, Show Up for Eat Street, and The Advocates for Human Rights.
“MN Franchise Strong was a powerful reminder of the strength and leadership of our local franchise community,” said Fittante. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to work together to create a meaningful platform to offer support to local organizations that need it most.”
Larkin Hoffman franchise attorneys Sarah Baalson, Jessica Johansen, Danielle Pathos, Silas Petersen, and Max Schott, II, attended.
MN Franchise Strong featured a presentation by Ali Schroer, a corporate mental health advisor, educator, and psychotherapist. She gave practical and timely insights on navigating uncertainty with steadiness and compassion, and staying grounded in challenging moments.
Larkin Hoffman is proud to support MN Franchise Strong and our local community.
