We are proud to announce that Larkin Hoffman President Joe Fittante was recently interviewed by Minnesota Lawyer to discuss his vision for the firm, leadership philosophy, and personal interests. Joe, who was elected firm president in June, has been with Larkin Hoffman for 25 years. In the interview, he shared his insights on the firm’s future, including potential growth plans to expand the number of attorneys from 75 to 100 within the next five years.
Joe also discussed his personal interests in the interview such as his love for coaching and running. Having retired from his position as head coach of Shakopee High School’s varsity girls’ softball team, Joe plans to rekindle to his love for running and has completed over 20 marathons to date.
Reflecting on his new role, Joe said, "I take great energy from my clients and especially the people in this law firm. Their pride in the work we do, and the way we serve our clients, is something I’m deeply proud of. Together, we’ll continue to grow and evolve while staying true to the culture that makes Larkin Hoffman unique."
