Larkin Hoffman welcomes Carriann Sillman to the Franchise and Distribution practice group.

Sillman is an experienced franchise attorney, having previously worked as in-house counsel supporting multi-brand franchising operations. Most recently, she was primary brand counsel for four domestic and eight international franchise brands. Her practice focuses on domestic and international regulatory issues, franchise sales and servicing, operational risk mitigation, agreement negotiation, and international growth of direct and master franchise models.
