Larkin Hoffman is delighted to announce that shareholder Inga Kingland has been elected to join the firm’s board of directors. Other members of the board include Daniel Ballintine, Patrick Cole, Craig Lervick, Timothy Rye, Christopher Yetka, and Paul Smith who serves as president of the firm. 

Inga represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of real estate and construction industry matters.  Inga advises clients on resolving many types of disputes, including those involving land development, mechanic’s liens, construction defects, workmanship issues, surety claims, leasing, homeowners association governance documents, property partition and sales.  She also counsels clients on managing potential risks through preparing, revising, and negotiating real estate and construction-related contracts and business documents.
