Larkin Hoffman represents the partnership that owns Mall of America. Tim Stoltman and Bill Griffith recently completed negotiations with the owner of the LRT line, the Metropolitan Council, for long term rights to operate the LRT Transit Station at the Mall of America.  The last leg of the line began operation in the first week of December 2004.
