Larkin Hoffman Shareholders Andrew Moran and Henry Pfutzenreuter were named to Legal 500’s U.S. Elite List. This is the first year Legal 500 has spotlighted Minneapolis. The list recognizes attorneys who are driving innovation in their practice. Moran and Pfutzenreuter were both recognized in Legal 500’s Commercial Disputes Rankings.

Moran represents businesses in commercial litigation and employment law matters, and litigates cases in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. He focuses on the defense of employment-related disputes, as well as counseling both businesses and individuals on disputes over non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, confidential information, trade secrets and a variety of contract, misrepresentation and tort-related disputes. Moran also counsels clients on a broad range of labor and employment law matters.

Pfutzenreuter represents clients in litigation, with a focus on franchise and distribution, employment and commercial disputes. He advocates for a broad range of businesses, from startups and closely held corporations to international franchises and publicly traded companies. Pfutzenreuter approaches disputes with a balance of pragmatism and zeal that maximizes his clients’ business objectives and minimizes the burden of litigation.
