Larkin Hoffman shareholder Andrew Moran has been named the chair of the Employment and Labor Law practice group.

Moran is a trial attorney in the Business Litigation department, where he represents businesses in commercial litigation and employment law matters in state and federal courts. He counsels both individuals and businesses on a broad range of employment matters, including restrictive covenants, employee policies and handbooks, hiring and compensation, discipline and discharge, as well as contract and tort disputes.

Moran has worked at Larkin Hoffman since 2012, previously serving as department head of the Business Litigation department. He has been named a Top Lawyer in Minnesota by Minnesota Monthly, a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and a Best Lawyers in America® “One to Watch” for Labor and Employment Law.
