Patrick Cole Elected to Larkin Hoffman's Board of Directors

Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce that shareholder Patrick Cole has been elected to join the firm’s board of directors. Daniel Ballintine and Timothy Rye were both reelected to the board and Paul Smith was re-elected as president of the firm. Other members of the board include Susan Tegt, Christopher Yetka and Craig Lervick.

Patrick Cole represents businesses in a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, complex business transactions, compensation arrangements, and compliance matters. He has proven experience in a diverse range of corporate and transactional legal matters including private debt and equity financings, shareholder relationships and disputes, real estate development, organizational and choice of entity, succession planning, and governance issues.
