Shareholder Erika Toftness has been named Head of the Tax, Trust and Estates Department at Larkin Hoffman. Toftness will lead the Department’s work in offering full-service estate planning to individuals and families across the wealth spectrum. 

Toftness joined Larkin Hoffman in 2024 after 12 years running an estate planning boutique in Roseville. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, closely held business matters and other wealth management needs for high-net-worth individuals and families. As Department Head, she will oversee the group’s full team of attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff in their work creating tailored plans that reflect clients’ wishes for their heirs, businesses and communities.
