On October 24, 2012 Phyllis Karasov presented a webinar entitled "Anxiety-Free Executive Director Performance Evaluations" in conjunction with MAP for Nonprofits. The webinar helped executives gain a clear understanding of the importance of doing performance reviews, understand best practices in regards to an effective review process, learn legal considerations in the review process and learn how to handle under-performance situations and termination.
