Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce the elections of three new shareholders: Adam Pabarcus, Nic Puechner and Erika Toftness.

Pabarcus is a litigator and trial attorney who focuses his practice on property tax appeals, helping taxpayers obtain fair taxes, tax savings and refunds. He also practices in trust litigation, protecting the rights of trustees, beneficiaries and individuals.
Puechner represents business owners, organizations and private clients in litigation and business matters in both commercial litigation and employment law by providing tailored solutions to their individual needs. Puechner started his career at Larkin Hoffman as a law clerk while in law school and returned to the firm after clerking at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
As an estate planning attorney, Toftness helps families and individuals pass on their wealth in the most practical and tax efficient manner. She also represents executors and trustees, including corporate trustees and executors.
